Scholarships

The District of Barbering & Arts Academy desires to help build the community by giving back. We understand times are hard, however, with a helping hand the goal or aspiration still lives on. Your friends at DBA would love to be that helping hand. To be eligible for our scholarship program, please submit a 2-page essay to districtofbarberingandarts@gmail.com by Wednesday, December 31st.

Here are the requirements:

• Age 16 and up

• Picture ID

• Explanation of desire to achieve goals and aspirations to become a Licensed Barber. Please share any current challenges that may hinder full payment for Barbering courses.

• 2 recommendation letters or contacts

Submit all information no later than 11:59pm on WEDNESDAY, December 31, 2025.
